dynshop is the production platform behind DyN’s rental and service marketplace. It brings customer bookings and partner operations into one workflow, from browsing available properties, vehicles, yachts, and services to confirming a reservation and completing the service.
Customer experience
Customers can explore catalog items, review availability, choose a date and service, provide the required information, and follow the reservation through payment and fulfillment. The platform supports notifications, customer documents, signatures, ratings, and status updates throughout the flow.
Partner operations
Partners get tools for managing properties, vehicles, yachts, service templates, staff profiles, catalogs, availability schedules, and supporting documentation. The operations surface also keeps reservations, balances, commissions, customer communication, and service execution in one place.
Payments and service fulfillment
The reservation flow supports deposits, final payments, refunds, and platform commissions through Stripe. Service providers can confirm the start of a booking with a check-in code, record the condition or completion of the service, and close the experience with customer feedback.
Production architecture
The web client connects to dedicated API and WebSocket services for live updates. Stripe handles payment workflows, Google Maps supports location-based experiences, and the installable PWA can send push notifications so partners can react to reservations even when the application is closed.
